Questions we hear a lot
Do you see exotic pets?
We see cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small mammals. For reptiles, birds and larger exotics we'll happily refer you.
What if it's after hours?
Our voicemail lists the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital. For anything urgent during the day, call and we'll fit you in.
Can I get an estimate first?
Always. You'll get a written estimate before any procedure, and we'll call if anything changes.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept most pet insurance for direct reimbursement and offer third-party payment plans. Ask at the desk.
Is Miso really a clinic cat?
Yes. She has been on staff for six years and supervises from the front counter.
